1. IntroductionImpactBridge Consulting ("we," "us," "our") offers a Capacity-Building Cashback Program (the "Program") to eligible non-profit organizations ("Participants"). This Program provides cashback incentives for organizations that engage in capacity-building services through our platfrom
Our goal is to help nonprofits reinvest in their growth while ensuring full compliance with funder regulations.2. Eligibility CriteriaTo participate, organizations must meet the following criteria:
✔ Be a registered non-profit or charitable entity in good standing.
✔ Have received funding from a recognized grantor or funding body for capacity-building activities.
✔ Use our platform to hire consultants or service providers for approved capacity-building services.
✔ Ensure cashback funds are reinvested in capacity-building efforts and not used for general operating costs or non-approved expenses.
Approved Capacity-Building Activities
Cashback is only available for services that align with funder requirements, including but not limited to:
Strategic Planning & Organizational Development
Financial Management & Sustainability Training
Governance & Compliance Workshops
Leadership Development & Executive Coaching
Digital Transformation & Technology Adoption
Fundraising & Grant-Writing Training Program
Evaluation & Impact Measurement
Office small equipments
Capital Assistance and Renovation
Cashback Structure & Redemption
Earn up to $10,000 per funding cycle - Cashback is calculated as a percentage of total eligible spending on approved services.Participants may choose to:
a) Reinvest cashback into additional services on our platform.
b) Claim cashback funds, provided the use aligns with funder-approved capacity-building activities.
🚫 Cashback cannot be used for staff salaries, operational expenses, direct programming, or non-capacity-building initiatives.
Compliance & Reporting Requirements
Participants must maintain documentation proving that cashback funds are used for eligible activities.
We reserve the right to audit cashback claims to ensure compliance with funder regulations.
⚠ Misuse or misrepresentation of cashback funds may lead to disqualification, repayment obligations, and funder reporting.
Limitations & Restrictions
⚠ The Program is subject to available funds and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at our discretion.
We are not responsible for tax implications related to cashback disbursements—Participants should consult finan[cial advisors.
🚫 Cashback cannot be transferred, sold, or used outside of approved capacity-building activities.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of significant changes via email or platform announcements.
